Meet your guide

I'm Marc, and my life's work is helping people find that foundation.

I'm an advocate for mental health, sustainability and ethical living, and I believe the most powerful creative work comes from people who feel aligned with who they are. I think of guiding as shining a light on the path so you can see your own way forward.

My approach weaves science with mystery. I studied quantum mechanics at university and have worked alongside neuroscientists, exploring how mood and music shape each other. I've also spent years studying and practising mindfulness, the world's spiritual traditions, and the origins of civilisation. So we can work with both the practical and the profound, whichever your creativity needs.
